Things to do in Snowdonia
Snowdonia National Park is a popular visitor destination throughout the year. Whether you are interested in mountain walking, historic castles, the area's industrial heritage, or just getting away for the weekend, owning a holiday home is the ideal way to enjoy the facilities on the park and local area.
Brynteg is ideally situated within easy access of most of the sights and attractions of North Wales. As well as the stunning scenery offered by Snowdonia National Park, there are several beaches within a short drive that have been awarded the Blue Flag for reaching excellent EC standards of quality.
Visitors to this part of North Wales are truly spoiled for choice, whatever the weather. When the sun is shining, try Surf Snowdonia or take a trip to the Welsh Mountain Zoo. Zip World is great for thrill-seekers whilst Glasfryn Parc and RSPB Conwy Nature Reserve offer a more relaxing day out.
On a rainy day, experience Sygun Copper Mine or go caving and fly through the incredible local Slate Caverns! A bit of retail therapy can be found at Portmeirion or the Trefriw Woollen Mills. A trip on either the Snowdon Mountain Railway or the Llanberis Lake Railway is as enjoyable under grey skies as it is under blue!
